Excel in, previewed before anything moves
Upload supported Accelerator-style templates, see exactly which rows are selected, and import only those. What you preview is what gets sent.
Move supported configuration and V5 data into OPERA Cloud through Oracle’s hospitality REST APIs. Preview what you are sending, validate before anything is written, watch the job as it runs, and keep a result for every single row.
A clear path from workbook to OPERA
Illustrative import stages. Live writes require authorised OPERA Cloud API access.
Upload supported Accelerator-style templates, see exactly which rows are selected, and import only those. What you preview is what gets sent.
Run the real import logic and lookups in a check-only pass. Row-level findings come back before a single record is created in OPERA.
Every row lands as success, failure, or skipped, with the returned OPERA identifier or the error text. History is retained, so you can answer "what happened to that record" weeks later.
Large extracts are streamed rather than loaded into memory. Multi-hundred-thousand-row profile files have run through in a single job, with progress visible while the job is still running.
Imports are logged against a unique key per environment and record. A re-run after a partial failure updates its own log instead of creating a second copy in OPERA.
Save an OPERA connection per property and pick the environment before you start. Credentials and tokens stay server-side; the browser never talks to Oracle directly.
Dedicated guest, company, travel agent, source, preference, and reservation migration paths. Legacy resort codes and numeric room categories are mapped to their Cloud equivalents on the way through.
Items that need a template record before a property record are routed that way; items that post straight to the property are not. The order is part of the tool, not a checklist you have to remember.
Coverage varies by configuration item, API access, and OPERA module availability. Pre-import validation reduces surprises but does not guarantee acceptance: OPERA can still reject a row during a live write. Configuration-item coverage and full migration scope are agreed per project before work starts.
Select the authorised OPERA Cloud environment for the property.
Upload a supported workbook and review the rows selected for import.
Run the check-only pass and resolve data issues before any live write.
Start the job, follow progress, and review each row’s outcome afterwards.
We’ll agree supported configuration, prepare access, and help your team get started. Required data and access must be in place; delivery follows the agreed project plan.
